Vision:
In parts of Malaysia there are children who don’t “fit” neatly into the system—stateless kids, underserved communities, missionary kids, and young people who need extra help. You don’t have to be a professional educator to make a difference. If you can show up, be patient, and help kids learn, you can help create open doors for the gospel and long-term change.

Quick Facts:

• Location: Malaysia (urban & community settings)
• Timeframe: 3–6 months (Can be shortened to a summer internship)
• Focus: Education & tutoring for underserved kids and MKs
• Ideal Background: Anyone who likes kids and is willing to help them learn (teaching experience is helpful but not required)

What You’ll Do:

• Help in a school setting for stateless children, supporting classroom teachers with basic lessons and activities
• Assist in launching free tutoring for underserved communities—helping kids with homework, English, and basic skills
• Explore launching an NGO focused on education and community development (research, brainstorming, helping draft simple plans)
• Support parents by helping with MK schooling (homework help, basic classes, reading time)
• Help teach in an English language center, using simple materials and conversation practice
• Work with the team to develop and run at least one free 1-week tutoring program for the community

Impact:
Your service will help children who often fall through the cracks. Extra support in reading, English, and basic education builds trust with families, supports local churches, and opens the door for Bible studies and long-term discipleship. You’ll also help lay the groundwork for future tutoring programs or even a local NGO focused on education.

Come to Central Asia!

Do you passion for Hyphen and Campus Ministry? Switzerland needs a ministry team to help facilitate CMI programs in a multicultural setting. Many Hyphen in Switzerland speak English, but language study is essential to effective teaching and immersion into Swiss Culture. Presently, if you fluently, or if you are learning, to speak French, German, Italian, Romansh, Arabic, and/or Spanish you could be a blessing to the Swiss church. AIMers would work alongside the Swiss Missions team, local pastors, and the UPC of Switzerland to facilitate Hyphen classes, local and regional events, and attend Hyphen-related conferences such as Euro Youth Conference, Because of The Times Europe, and Swiss National Conference, and more.

AIMers will participate in recurring, onsite, and virtual mission training sessions.

AIMers will rent an AirBnB apartment (exact city to be determined in conversation with the supervising missionary) and travel by public transit.

This listing is for a couple/family/team or single female for a 3-12 month term. The projected start date is as soon as possible!

High school MK education teacher assistance needed!

Now that our boys (17 and 15) have begun distance learning at home after 9 years in a local school in Tallinn, we need help to support them in their studies, which will in turn support the work of the Lord here by freeing up some of our time to focus on the work. The boys are in their senior and sophomore years in the spring semester of 2024.

If you enjoy subjects like science, math and/or English, have a heart for missions and would be willing to serve on AIM in beautiful Estonia for up to 12 months, this is for you. The job description would basically entail up to 6 hours per weekday of assisting with schooling and involvement in areas of your gifting on a weekly basis in the work of the church. We can provide more detailed information about the curriculum and what your assistance would look like, but you would not have to prepare lesson plans or do any grading. Your ministry in the church could involve music and worship, multimedia, Sunday school and youth teaching, hosting young adult fellowship and small group ministry, practical help like building maintenance and participation on evangelism trips, for example.

AIM will change your life. The program is designed to expand your perspective and give you hands-on experience in ministry and service. From our own experience, the AIM program gives the AIMer the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives and in the work of the Lord on the field, but it also transforms the life of the AIMer. As you give, you naturally receive. As you come to be a blessing, God will bless you, and you will return home differently than how you came.

Belize needs you! Are you wanting to experience missions but are concerned about the language barriers? Great news the national language of Belize is English! Belize needs someone willing to get involved in Bible school. We have three Bible School locations that teach certificate level GATS programs. You would work closely with the missionary and will assist them with the teaching, training seminars, and overall bible school operations. It will be a great mission experience interacting with every part of the country. You can have a direct impact on developing future leaders and furthering the gospel in the beautiful nation of Belize!

Papua New Guinea is a revival field. The field is white ready for harvest and we need laborers! A country truly set back in time, if you are after an adventure in missions then Papua New Guinea is the field to be! Known affectionately as “The Land of the Unexpected”, this moniker truly describes this tribal nation set in the far corner of the Pacific. There is never a dull moment and always plenty to do in Papua New Guinea! With over 8 million people and 800 different languages, it is certainly a vast and versatile country. With many people living in very remote regions that are only accessible by foot and with roots still embedded deep into their culture, it makes it a very complicated country to reach. That’s why we need you!! The heart of the people are open, and they are ready to receive the Gospel!
