Behind every church, Bible school, and national work is a mountain of “unseen” work: files, tech issues, translations, and systems. As an AIM IT/Admin worker, you won’t be on a stage, but you’ll be helping the whole team function better and go further—especially as we explore new tools like AI for translation and digital evangelism.

What You’ll Do:

• Help organize office documents and digitize historic paperwork (scanning, filing, naming and storing files)
• Support translation work by helping translate material from English to Malay (or assisting translators with formatting, checking, and organizing)
• Help the national translation team use AI tools more effectively (prompting, formatting texts, managing drafts)
• Explore and document simple ways to use AI for digital evangelism (content ideas, test workflows, simple how-to guides)

Impact:
You’ll help build systems that will keep serving the church long after you go home—clean digital files, accessible archives, AI-assisted translation workflows, and simple tech setups that help leaders focus on ministry. This is a role where quiet, faithful service makes a big long-term difference.

In parts of Malaysia there are children who don’t “fit” neatly into the system—stateless kids, underserved communities, missionary kids, and young people who need extra help. You don’t have to be a professional educator to make a difference. If you can show up, be patient, and help kids learn, you can help create open doors for the gospel and long-term change.

• Timeframe: 3–6 months (Can be shortened to a summer internship)
• Focus: Education & tutoring for underserved kids and MKs
• Ideal Background: Anyone who likes kids and is willing to help them learn (teaching experience is helpful but not required)

What You’ll Do:

• Help in a school setting for stateless children, supporting classroom teachers with basic lessons and activities
• Assist in launching free tutoring for underserved communities—helping kids with homework, English, and basic skills
• Explore launching an NGO focused on education and community development (research, brainstorming, helping draft simple plans)
• Support parents by helping with MK schooling (homework help, basic classes, reading time)
• Help teach in an English language center, using simple materials and conversation practice
• Work with the team to develop and run at least one free 1-week tutoring program for the community

Impact:
Your service will help children who often fall through the cracks. Extra support in reading, English, and basic education builds trust with families, supports local churches, and opens the door for Bible studies and long-term discipleship. You’ll also help lay the groundwork for future tutoring programs or even a local NGO focused on education.

Poland is home to 40 million people, including about 2 million people from other countries around the world. The population of Poland is similar to that of California, the most populous state in the U.S., but with only one UPCI church. The church is located in Warsaw, Poland’s capital city.

Warsaw is home to over 2 million people from all walks of life, and many different countries and backgrounds. There are also about 500,000 students registered at over 80 universities here.

God has begun a great work here in Warsaw, with a multicultural English speaking church, where people are growing in God. Associate Missionary Jackson Brooks is pastoring the work here, along with his wife, and a team of AIMers.

We need passionate, mature, and bold laborers to join the effort to reach this great city and nation! We are looking for single men, single women, couples, and families to join the team planting the church here in Warsaw.

You can play a part in laying the foundation for revival in Poland! There are opportunities for teaching, preaching, leading worship, music ministry, evangelism, discipleship, and administration/communications.

We are willing to train servant-minded, motivated individuals to work in areas they have a burden for, but may not have experience in yet.

What about the language? Though Polish is the official language of Poland, English is widely spoken in Warsaw, and church activities are conducted in English, as we are learning Polish.

The term length will be for 3 months, starting as early as January 2026.

Jesus said that, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”* Nowhere is that more true than in Sweden.  There are people that we are connected to all over Sweden that we cannot even minister to consistently or effectively because of distance and those who can go.  Jesus followed his statement of this truth with a prayer request.  “Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”** The answer to the dilemma begins with prayer, but it ends with someone being an answer to that prayer.  Could you be that answer today?

In Sweden, we are hungry to see the gospel spread to every major city of this country.  But we need laborers.

• We need laborers to come and pray.
• We need laborers to teach Bible studies.
• We need seasoned teachers to help us train growing leaders.
• We need people to help us grow our social media and online ministry platforms.
• We need helpers to be parts of launch teams in new cities.
• We need baristas who can come and help us set up our new cafe church location.

And we need it NOW.  We need it on an ongoing basis for the coming term beginning summer of 2026.

Language: While the official language is Swedish, most Swedish people are proficient in English (they learn in school from 2nd grade). So there should be no barrier.

Visa requirements:  AIMers can come and work for 90 days without securing a Visa. If you desire a longer term you can apply for a one-year missionary visa.

Living arrangements: AIMers would need to secure a temporary or long-term apartment or accommodation in either Stockholm or Uppsala.

The church in Swansea, where our family is located, was established in 2022 and God has continued to grow and bless. The church is multi-cultural with a growing group of young and college aged people. We have a need for people who can help in any and every area of church work: music, children’s ministry, youth work, campus ministry, translation, Bible studies and reaching out to new locations nearby. Swansea University is a growing campus with over 28,000 students from around the world located on our doorstep. Opportunities for ministry are all around us and the need is immediate. There is no talent or ability too big or too small that we could not use to further the Kingdom of God here.
