Practical teaching on crafting engaging social media posts—what to post, when to share, and what to avoid—is crucial for our training. Basic media skills, such as setting up and operating a projector, will also be valuable. The team member will live in an apartment near the Blackmon’s home, where much of the preparation for training will take place. This training will be conducted throughout the churches in Guinea, inspiring and uplifting our community.

Additionally, this team member will contribute to producing content that showcases our beautiful country, capturing services and events as they unfold. These moments will serve as opportunities for youth in Guinea to learn how to document dynamic and impactful experiences within our worship.

We aim to make this ministry accessible to the churches here; a phone capable of taking decent pictures is perfectly fine. We welcome additional equipment like cameras, but they are not essential.

Are you eager to embark on a mission but unsure where to begin? Join us on the home front and make a meaningful impact! Our cherished MK, Sophia, is a vibrant 5-year-old preparing to step into elementary school, and her education is our highest priority.

We’re looking for a single lady or family to help coordinate Sophia’s homeschooling for six months in 2026. While a teaching degree or homeschooling experience is a plus, it isn’t necessary. We’ll provide the curriculum; your role will be to guide her learning, ensure she completes her assignments, and help her grasp the material.

Your main focus will be on teaching and training through music or voice lessons that will occur at one of our local churches, along with music ministry seminars. This experience will not only enhance your skills in a relaxed environment, working with beginner-level learners, but it will also immerse you in a new culture. It will provide you with valuable ministerial experience and opportunities for growth in your calling.

Here in Guinea, the ministry opportunities are endless. We are a new work with much to be accomplished! We need help in music ministry; Teaching music classes, leading choir, voice lessons, and general training on worship. Another area we are desiring to strengthen is the children’s ministry. Our children’s ministry is in the very early stages. We need someone who can help train teachers and workers not only how to teach, but also how to pray with children. Is social media your thing?! While we have a social media presence, however, there is always room for improvement. Come help us improve the Blackmon’s On A Mission page through photos, videos, and more.
